Wants to bin off £2.5mill a year from those seats (which is apparently fully booked for 3 years with a waiting list) just to add more boos.

Lol
In terms of hospitality, you've had to tie in for three years, with the first year requiring a 50% deposit (already paid) and the final 50% before the new season.

If a pretty standard (low-level) hospitality seat is coming in at circa £3k per year, they'll be silly money. I get the need for an atmosphere, but we need money too.

Fat head is simply trying to appease the bozos from the Lower Gwladys who he tries to hang around with, rather than thinking about it with an iota of intelligence.

He's the one shouting loudest about the club not making any money and when it does come up with an idea to bring in a shed load, he's moaning.

Hope he admits he was wrong on this.

Top tip, let your mrs take you to the match with her mate. Park up in the Taipan car park and they can have a nice leisurely 2 hour meal there. You can do the short walk back whilst booing and get driven home. Only downside is you may leave the ground before they've got to the to banana fritter and spoil it for them😐

I think you've completely misunderstood my post tbh.

Yes rail seating is already included, but that can only be to.a 1:1 ratio, as that's how many they've put in. The co courses however are designed to service a larger capacity than the number of seats that are provided. This means that in the case of an allowed increase in ratio, the ground can take advantage of it. Many other grounds in the country won't be able to as their concourse design is for either the number of seats in the stand (New WHL) or for less and wouldn't be sufficient as a new design with current regulations. In fact, with seat space provision and design rules, the lateral space require for standing is larger than that required for seating. You'll notice at half time at Goodison, fans spill onto the steps. That is why many old grounds that install rail seating will actually have reduction of capacity rather than an increase. We are unique in that this has been designed in.

I'll try find the post that explains it.
