Kind of player we haven’t had since Pienaar and Arteta being able to hold the ball, win a foul and drive us up the pitch with a bit of craft. Will get better too as you could see as the game went on how his confidence went up.

Got a bit of Cahills snide too which is what we need.
Ndiaye, Tim , Mangala and Broja are all strong technical players who should help us hold the ball and move up the pitch better.

Thelwell has done well this window.

And Dyche needs to get on with the programme or be turfed out.

There’s now good talent in this squad but also gaping holes at full back so I imagine a tough challenge but one you think a positive manager can make work

I'm wondering what happened between the opening game of the season and the Bournemouth game that rapidly made him 'Premier League ready'

What benefit did we get by not playing him in the first 2 games?

Why did he all of a sudden decide that 2 weeks later 'he's ready'?

Or is it all just guff coming out of his mouth in a 'I know more than you by spinning things to suit my narrative' way

Its not the worst thing in the world to give players a 2 game chance who you've previously shown loyalty to. It was 2 games! Ndiaye has played 2 competitive games out of 4

Did he really have cramp at 70? If so, he will be getting stronger which I think he needs. Like a few others will benefit from a run of games.
