Did you watch? They had about 20 shots on our goal and basically outplayed us through out but we were super clinical.

Not opposed to the signings but looking forward to signing some players who will start next season. At the moment I don’t see any changes from the team that started the end of last season.
Only Harrison will get significant game time before Christmas out of the new signings.

I think its a positive mate... especially after all the strife we've been through in recent time plus the negativity around Dyche's style of play, we're still an attractive place to come and play.

Would be a massive mistake this, we are not in a position to take a risk on developing other teams players for them.

With an option to buy they would be calculated risks. Doesn’t work, back they go. Does work then deal is pre approved

There isn't any new charge and we won't find out if there is until January (that would be for the 23-24 accounts, which ended on June 30).

The ongoing issue is the fact the last IC split the last case (22-23) in two.

They have dealt with one part, and we got a 2pt deduction. The second part that is still to be decided is whether the PL's claim that Everton couldn't go back and retrospectively change their accounts, which is in line with accounting standards, to capitalise some of the interest on the stadium.

It's frankly the PL kicking their toys out of the plan and insisting they know better than accounting standards. It should be on them to prove. But if the IC sides with the PL and decides Everton can't do that, then there's likely to be another 1-2 pts.
