I know what you mean mate, my shout would have been Fellaini, but I'll stick with Drenthe coz he has at last been a bit different to what we normally have
 

Seriously, Heitinga.

Fellaini a close second. Baines hasn't been up to his usual standards this season, he looks in a serious huff.
 
Baines. Not missed a league game in two and a half years, solid performances every time. A real gem of a player.
 
Baines hasnt shone out for me this season, Fellaini and Heitinga have been better on average.

Id probably choose Heitinga if i had to at the moment.

Also why are people saying Drenthe? Yes he has scored a few goals and gotten a few assists but in my opinion hasnt been anywhere near good enough to get player of the season, he hasnt been consistent and fades in and out of games.

Agree with this, although Fellaini would shade it slightly for me.
 
In all honesty, no one has stood out, or even could be said to have had a good season.

Just a reflection of the generally poor season that we have had. I'd probably give it to Tim Howard.
