You're probably right. It was just a classic signing of the Moshiri era. Take a player who was obviously on a downward spiral and it's a gamble that never paid off.

Yeah it's not like he will make any difference against Arsenal away. If he suddenly starts playing in the last six games it will be very similar to last year when Mina suddenly started playing as the rumours were if he got to a 100 appearances we had to give Barcelona more money and lo and behold he ended on 99!
