Depending on what Kentight give's us, if we want to progress about a 30 million plus transfer kitty should be enough, my wish list so far would be:

Fernandes (no more then 5m, 6m at a push maybe)

Arshavin
2 more players capable of getting in the first 11
2 more players which will improve the squad and act as versatility players.

Most definitely a 1st team gk.

Howard will do for now but he will need replacing sooner rather than later. Looks distinctly dodgy at times
