6 + 2 Point Deductions

This is obviously a complete farce facing hearings from the same time period.

But honestly, and this is just my opinion, what has happened here is procedural based on absurdly unfit for purpose rules. When the commission gets round to hearing this second charge they will not punish us for the same period twice and the sanctions will be much lower, potentially nothing depending on the results of final accounting period (profitable without stadium charges? Anyone know?).

Let the injustice have the same effect as last time and get another 4 wins on the bounce.

UTFT.

The PL statement says we do accept it.
And the club say they "acknowledge" the decision of the PL to refer them

And that our figures are subject to change. I assume this is in reference to the appeal.

I acknowledge right now that we have been given a 10 point penalty this season. But I also think it's the most ridiculous penalty I've ever seen handed out in professional sport.

What are the chances we don't get an additional deduction, but Forest get six points deduction?
Well in theory as it's their first charge, the points deduction should be this season. Subject to appeal (Like us).

Our second charge would be on hold, pending our appeal of the 1st charge.

What'll actually happen is Forest will get theirs suspended to next season and we'll cop another 10 points.
