We were trying to benefit from building the stadium by lying about what the loans were used for. We tried to offset the interest payments for the working capital loans by pretending they were being used to fund the Stadium.

The terms of the loans were then published on the companies house website in the charge documents. It was probably the dumbest attempt at fiddling the P&S rules possible.

I have no doubt these 'independent panels' will excuse Forest because they weren't in the Prem for a 3 year continuous period, whilst giving us 5 points back on appeal before hitting us with another 10 point sanction for this latest transgression.

The forum's swearing filter prevents me from adequately expressing just what I think of the PL and their utter corruption.

They employed a good brief to sustain our pretty easy to sustain major double jeopardy point. That looks like a belt and braces policy after being mugged in the first appeal.
