True, but in the meantime they can't just give up but there's no doubt in my mind the players will be expecting us to be made an example of again and a points deduction inevitable.

They don't have any guidelines for it as this year accounts apparently filter from accounts already been reviewed and concluded on by the commission....so there's overlap they don't have guidelines on how to punish. The EFL do.

I would say maybe to this question, considering we got the harshest penalty in top flight history.

This is not the biggest error in the history of english football, so why the highest penalty? I think that's an absolutely valid question and one that the league need to answer urgently.

The punishment was definitely over zealous. I’m not disputing that.

But we’re not even sure what the punishment will be for this second breach yet.

The PL is bent. It is the super league in practise if not name. However, they don't do (cook) our books or write our checks so the club can huff and puff all they want in statements but the running of this club since Farhad 'marty byrde' Moshiri came in has been an utter shambles.
