6 + 2 Point Deductions

I would say maybe to this question, considering we got the harshest penalty in top flight history.

This is not the biggest error in the history of english football, so why the highest penalty? I think that's an absolutely valid question and one that the league need to answer urgently.
The punishment was definitely over zealous. I’m not disputing that.

But we’re not even sure what the punishment will be for this second breach yet.

They don't have any guidelines for it as this year accounts apparently filter from accounts already been reviewed and concluded on by the commission....so there's overlap they don't have guidelines on how to punish. The EFL do.

So again, farcical.
What is the EFL guidelines on overlapping seasons that have already been punished for?

The precedent being set is so short term it'll never be used for Man City, Chelsea and others.
They’ll change the rules before they get round to them. And they’ll use us as a teason….

“We have learned lessons from the impact of the Everton case and determined that it is counter productive to impose severe points deductions going forward”
