Good Morning everyone.

Happy New Year, all the best. I hope you and your loved ones have a wonderful year; there's always ups and downs, but I always think of the good times.

We followed our usual New Year routine where we went for a late afternoon meal as a family, enjoyed some drinks and games before bed just after twelve.

The days of staying up and partying are well gone, and we enjoy going out on early for a walk on NY Day with the dog. Today, we're off to Quarry Bank Mill.

Hey guys, I hope you are all well and good and had a nice xmas. Thank you all for your PMs, I've only just seen them as I've not been on at all for a while.

I'm trying to keep myself positive but struggling a bit, however I am not going to hide away, I shouldn't cut out everything I enjoy so I shall be on more hopefully.

Anyone else absolutely fed up with rain, sick of it, Going to have to buy a second coat because I can't keep them dry between walks, only bought a new one a few months ago as well.

Daisy is good, She will be 7 on Thursday, time flies doesn't it.

I have started some form of therapy, occupational therapy it's called but not sure it's any good for me but we shall see. I have to reprogram my mind which is hard but I will try.
