Real effort and determination. They're having their moments, Grealish in particular having too much joy against Patterson and need more from Onana.

need to get more balls over the top for Beto, that's where he gets his joy. Asking him to hold up the ball just isn't his thing.

All in all, great 1st half and we'll need the same again 2nd half.

Crying out for Gomes to ping one long into space for Beto to latch onto and unleash his pace and power.

Patterson seems to get beat on a diagonal like that once per game. You have to take the good with the bad though. I’m banking on a Patterson assist to seal the game 2-0. Or he gets red carded and we lose.
