Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

Good evening all. Having been off on Friday I didn't have a chance to wind up the Newcastle fans in my team. The team chat was glorious today🤣🤣. They are such bad losers.
We're managing to work our way through the freezer contents and are almost down to the permafrost at the bottom. We seem to have had sweetcorn with everything recently but there is now loads of room for the Christmas food shop.
I wanted to share this pic my brother took in Sefton Park last week. I think it's stunning

The Peter Pan statue outside the Palm House. I used to live about a five to ten-minute walk from there before we moved to Cressington.

We have managed to get three freezers, so one day this week we’ll have the annual clear out yo make room for Christmas stuff. Well I say annual , but of course they’ll be stuff three years out of date and the usual plastic tub without a label which seemed a good idea to freeze at the time. !

I'm never bothered about ancient freezer stuff. Woolly Mammoths have been perfectly preserved in the Siberian ice for thousands of years. A couple of years in your freezer is fine 🤣

A favourite old haunt of ours. A 15 minute walk from where we used to live.
