Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

I had my first Grandchild last weekend. A boy named Jesse. I've yet to see him as he been back and forth to hospital all week as he had Jaundice, they kept him in a couple of nights under the lamps but let him home last night. He has to go back again today to another blood test which takes 6 hours to see his blood levels so a lot of hanging around for my daughter in law who should be home resting. Hopefully I will get to meet him before he starts school 😆

Many congratulations to you all. Hope you are able to give him a cuddle soon, Nanny (or are you Grandma?)

Didn't see the game last night but was following it online whilst I watched the progress of our development TT team.

Young , inexperienced and evidently not good enough was the verdict as they ( not Everton!).lost to bottom of the league.

Unbelievable result for the blue boys. Thought we might get a point , then had 2nd thoughts when I saw the midfield but what the hell do I know? I will watch it later.

Finished my Christmas shopping yesterday and treated myself to 15 LPs in the brilliant 2nd hand record shops ( including Fred a couple of Yes albums to complete my research for 17/02/24).

I don't mind a G&T usually before dinner on a cruise but it's down the pub for me and Mrs J tonight and then back to play a couple of my new albums in front of the log fire.

It's going to be an electronic night with Soft Cell and OMD , gotta love the 80s
Brilliant choices.
