Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

A faith in humanity, good for your soul update.

A fundraising initiative for the 3 kids orphaned in the crash a couple of weeks ago set a target of £10,000. As it stands now over £300,000 has been raised. Of course it will never make up for has happened but when they are older they will understand that their community has their back.

Hope you are all good this evening Mascoteers.

Good evening everybody. I hope the curry is going well @Barnfred 55 . I genuinely cannot wait for Sunday. I'm trying to work out how Sky will try to ignore a packed Goodison with an axe to grind. I also think we can win.
Not much to tell you about. Son and his fiancee (yes it's official now) came up on Wednesday and I went wedding veil shopping with future daughter in law which was quite fun. We then went out for a meal to celebrate the engagement - daughter and her boyfriend came too and a good time was had by all. Other than that it's mostly been work and not much else. This week has been a heakthy eating disaster, we've been out three times and had a takeaway. I'm just going to write it off and get back on the wagon again. Overtime and gyn tomorrow. Next weekend we are at a Christening in Liverpool so looking forward to that.

Gorgeous snowy pictures @blue1948 and enjoy Lord of The Rings @riddick - have you finished yet?

Maybe wrong but I think the cameras will simply avoid the crowd and canned noise will come through the telly. I am there Sunday but will also record it to compare. See what video I can get on phone

A strange one this, was walking Stoli through Anfield Cemetery this morning and suddenly there was a splat behind us. Obvs Stol reacted first then I looks back and there is a seagull on its back in the middle of the path. Not sure if it was dead at the point as its wings were unfolded and pointing up, moving but it was windy. Nothing I could do for it with Stols in my hands I’m afraid. By strange I mean never thought of the possibility of birds maybe having a heart attack and dropping out of the sky

Funnily enough I was just talking to my hub about that the other week as considering how many birds there are you don’t really see dead ones do you. Such romantic conversations we have 😂
