Well Leeds and Leicester were relegated in a different season, nd anyone who gets relegated gets relegated due to not getting enough points. Spending money doesn't always mean earning points, as we all know too well. They will have to prove beyond reasonable doubt that someone like dele alli or cenk tosun single handedly kept us up. It wouldn't be a criminal case so the burden of proof would not be beyond reasonable doubt. It would be the much lower 'balance of probabilities'. It also wouldn't be a court case but a tribunal.

Hold on, if you cant work that out you must be daft. What have we got last two seasons? Average of 37 points. At least one of those three clubs below us find firm...very possible...it'll mean we'll have had to have had a 48 points season to keep them at arms length. If you think we're as good as that then you are the one who have to show your workings out.
