TV Series

It was a real shocker to find that the lad who`d been attacked with the axe, had taken his life.

He was so brave in not giving into all the intimidation and bribes, that`s the sumbags were throwing at him pre trial and not that it matters, but came across as such a decent lad too.

Makes wonder why there isn`t a retrospective law, for victims who`ve developed mental illness and worse, as a result of the crimes committed against them.
Would have be a civil case, unfortunately even though they are utter scumbags who commit crimes that cause people to mentally suffer after the event/s a retrospective criminal law would never work for that. For many reasons from how serious would the crime have to be? To the length of time the crime was committed over? And was it mental/physical/financial suffering to the victim.

Even length of time since it happened. It's would be too hard to pinpoint in most cases beyond reasonable doubt, that action or actions caused the following set of circumstances.

Robbie Williams doco is so boring. Oh boo hoo ive had such a hard famous life, drank all the booze, done beak off all the the spice girls ive still got my hair and silly tats and millions of dollars but my demons man.
Would’ve been more interesting if it had delved deeper into where the demons came from in the first place. I’ve never really liked him but did have sympathy for him watching that

Season 4 of True Detective starting in Jan. Jodie Foster as lead, set in Alaska during those ludicrous months long nights they have.

Feels like this show may always be in the shadow of that incredible first series, but this looks quite interesting.

Depends where you live in Alaska. I live in SE Alaska (the Panhandle) and the nights in winter are the same length as the UK.
