I made my own a couple if years back, a Jamie Oliver recipe, made with filo pastry. They were very very nice !

Got a Chinese in the other night, ordered some Kung Po sauce to dip my crackers in and they sent a huge pot of it so I marinated some chicken-breasts in it overnight and I've just fried it off now.
