I’ll be sponsoring a thread this season, we’ll until the closing of the transfer window hopefully
Apart from saving a little bit on wages, a loan doesn't really help does it? It isn't going to raise funds for another acquisition?Seems we can't agree with Southampton over the percentage of wage they pay
No surprise if he's on £60k-odd a week. Utterly unreal salary that he's never once justified. Did somebody at the club think just because he also came him Barnsley he's going to be the next John Stones? Expect no other club to even offer to pay 50%. Probably 30% with us topping up the rest for the next two years. He's not going to drop his wages either way so either we get a nominal fee and are paying him for the next two years, or he's loaned and we're paying most of his wage.Seems we can't agree with Southampton over the percentage of wage they pay
Damn right. Saint Bill our transfer savant has been walked over in our previous loans out.Seems we can't agree with Southampton over the percentage of wage they pay
Fed up of subsidising wages for other clubs...we did it a lot last seasons and it seems that the trend is continuing. Saints has a lot of money with all the players sold, surely they can pay for his 60k a week.Seems we can't agree with Southampton over the percentage of wage they pay
