Competition for places is very important and something we've not had in attack for many years.

Sometimes you look a better player when you're left out of the side. Leeds were absolutely woeful in those final games under Big Sam and he went ultra defensive with his set up.

Can't blame them for that, we'd give it back in spades if it was reversed. I'd welcome the signing, but would not really be excited about it.

Nope we are still Everton. We have had a few really bad years. That said with the stadium coming and the players we have been linked to shows we might actually have a plan for once. If we can pull off the Hugo and Gnoto deals. I think we will be in for a much better season and be building for a a brighter future.
