Exactly. There's no point kidding ourselves that a kid who is an Italy regular at 19 would intend to spend the next 5+ years at Everton. Quite frankly he shouldn't. Just like Onana he'll want, and should want, to go to the very top.

If the club are signing young, up and coming players and selling them on for a profit a few years later thats a much better model than whatever they’ve been at recently.

couldn't agree more!

fans always bang on about us "being more like Brighton" and this is a start. Yes we should be finding them before Leeds for example, but like I said its a start!
