Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven


Morning all, hope you are well. Well it’s day 6 of my varifocals and I still feel like I’ve borrowed someone else’s eyes. When I get it right they feel fine, but a lot of the time I feel like I’m living in a semi fuzzy world. A bit like a cross between one of those nodding dogs you used to put in the back of your car and the girl out of The Exorcist, I seem to be always moving my head to find the best spot to see clearly.
Mr P clearly thinks I’m over analysing and being dramatic having worn his for years quite happily. So do I give up or try them for longer?

They might not be sitting correctly and need adjusting, this can cause problems with focussing. Might be worth going back to check.

Do you have a problem with swearing, vomiting and your head swivelling round? If so I may have the answer 😀

I took the neighbours to a Queen and Fleetwood Mac tribute night last year and they took folding chairs which they duly unfolded right at the front in the middle of the mosh pit. I didn't know what to do with myself I was so embarrassed. They're younger than me FFS.😀
