It'll be the same with Maupay. He will of been on around £30kp/w at Brighton. He'll be on over £70kp/w here. The only teams looking at him cant afford those wages.

Widely reported that Holgate had 2 offers from the South coast the past summer (and the one before).

Also that Maupay and Keane were off to Salernitana before Lampard was ousted.

@The Bobble could perhaps confirm either way.

Salernitana for example wanted Maupay when we signed him and its been widely stated their DOF considers him a long term target.
