They were good days though, an actual competition between bat and ball, I do like when there's an unexpectedly green wicket served up once in a while and today's limited overs specialist batsmen look absolutely cluelessThe days of bringing up the hundred in the 37th over and slogging the last 3 overs around to post a match winning 6/224

BY the way the cricket was so good there was actually an atmosphere at lords. Seriously, stop playing there, its grim.
Shocking throw but![]()
This is completely different though.
It’s all in one action.
The bairstow one is wrong because there should’ve been an understanding the ball was dead.
But he was naive to be out his crease so soon.

No. Labuschagne went out of the crease while playing the delivery and would've stumped if the ball had hit the wickets.Hahahahahahaha wtf its exactly the same thing

Baistow walked out of his crease after letting the ball through to the keeper.
If he'd been attempting to score a single, which he clearly wasn't, it would've been a run out, no argument.
Stokes has said if it was him in the Australians' shoes, he'd have recalled the batsman, so if Bairstow had hit with his attempt you can be assured that England wouldn't be looking like kopites right now. Both keepers, in one motion, attempt to hit the stumps after they take the the ball.
Bairstow had a massive brain fart and paid for it.

Very easy thing for him to say after the match. There were 3 ex England captains interviewed after the match who all saw no issue with what happened, apart from Bairstow being brain deadStokes has said if it was him in the Australians' shoes, he'd have recalled the batsman, so if Bairstow had hit with his attempt you can be assured that England wouldn't be looking like kopites right now.
I'd like to see if Labuschagne was batting outside his crease. If he was, then it's fair, if he wasn't then Bairstow is absolutely wrong to be trying it.This is completely different though.
