The mrs has her mother staying over. Judging by the ‘ssssst’ noise that just came from the kitchen, she’s found my emergency can of cider that I’ve been looking forward to all evening.
It’s a total disaster.

When my inlaws stay over, I hide all my decent ale and replace it with rubbish, as the father in law drinks the lot in one go, yet stocks his fridge, with Boddingtons and Smiths.
 
Frank’s hot sauce is underrated by the hot sauce snobs imo. Is just the right level of heat to be tasty but not tongue numbing.
It's alright, bit watery. the fruit is in the flesh, the heat in the seeds. Got a recipe for a Turkish type of sauce, made with fresh mint, lemon, and liquified cooked garlic. If it rocks I'll share. Citrusy for poultry, a more raw garlic meatiness for red meat like lamb pork and beef. Damn I'm hungry again now.
