I think these signings are what Everton should be aiming for, but reading the article I found it disconcerting there was a mention of Everton trying to persuade the club to lower their price. Nothing wrong with trying to be savvy in negotiations and to obtain the best value but going from our history that's probably not the case and is a possible indication of how bleak our budget is....lol
