Did his job and earned a chance at next year. Clearly knows what he is about. He may not be what we dream of, but for a club in dire need of stability he is what we need right now.

A lot of fans seem to think we're Real Madrid.

We've been terrible and have had no direction for years now, he's exactly the type of manger that we need.

Let him build a team and focus on the basics.

Deserves a chance to build his own side. Kept us up with a threadbare side and no decent striker. Hasn’t had a transfer window yet either apart from the debacle of January which wasn’t his fault.

This is it really. Any criticisms that can be thrown at him all boil down to the fact that the selection of players he’s had is awful and he’s been terribly unlucky with injuries.

If he can bring in players he knows he can depend on next year we won’t be in the same position. We may not be challenging for Europe right away but Dyche with a squad he knows with players that play for him will do well for us.

Preseason is massive, again he inherited an atrocious unfit side with no striker. His job was to keep us up he’s done that, unlike Lampard before him though he’s shown in his career as a manager what he can do.

I think we could be closer to mid table next season. It was a better escape from last year considering the resources he had at his disposal

People seem to forget that Dyche did all this without Richarlison.

Most of us thought we were gone after the horrendous January window. Throw in an endless amount of injuries as well. Going into this last game with no proper CF and no fullbacks. He has done so, so well.

Worked a miracle saving us after the damage was done before he came here .
Imagine Lampard going into that game no DLC , no fullbacks, no don't because it would be a nightmare.

All down to experience. Lampard doesn't have it.

And if we'd have got Dyche in earlier, we'd have better off based purely on inexperienced game management

Didn't make a single signing in January, was given nothing by the board, zero attacking options, injuries....

And still pulled it off when it was all against him.

It’s going to take a minimum of two more seasons for this club to be competing in the top half due to our financial restraints and crap players.

We need to grind out 1-0 wins and he is the right man for that.

Actually quite a big fan of Dyche, keep him, give him a few quid and let’s see how he does next season. I’m very confident he doesn’t have us in a relegation scrap.

He was calm throughout the game. Exactly what the players needed

Has earned a good shot at next season and decent backing in the transfer market.

Well done for keeping us up! Before he came in, I wouldn’t have believed that Dacoure would return and be an important goalscrorer multiple times! He found a way to get the points that looked impossible under Lampard. Every credit for what he has achieved. Never start Maupay again and get us into mid table next season!
