Sharpys top lip

Player Valuation: £60m
Iv been going the game Since my dad took me when i was 5. Now at the age of 32 iv been everywhere, followed us through think an thin. But the way i feel, im close to ****ing it off.

I suppose it's as much to do with overtime at work. Every time i go the match i have to turn a full weekend at work down. It's just not worth it at the moment.

Im taking the little'un on sat an im going to Spurs on Wed, but thats it i think. If we keep selling and not replacing im not going till Kenwrong an Moyes are gone.

make no bones there both to blame for this mess. Moyes is happy to say fook all an sit on his huge wage. He's keeps backing that piece of **** who's killing our club.

And Kenwrong and the board have squeezed THE LIFE OUT OF OUR CLUB. They've sold everything all our assets and our income for the foreseeable future and now want £150m for a club not worth £50m.

The most disappointing thing for me is the fans. We some of them anyway, who sit round and our happy to see all this happen. The give excuses after excuses on why this is all ok. Wake the **** up, your as bad as the board.

TIME TO FIGHT!!!!!

I will go to the marches an meetings. But not the game.

I love you Everton. NILSATIS NISIOPTIMUM, some day some of our so called fans might understand what this means.

you're about 18mths behind me. My last home game was the everton v everton friendly. I cannot bring myself to go to goodison and watch the rubbish that's been on offer. I've been to more aways than homes in the last two years after not missing a home game for 35years. Sick to death of how the club is being run. I love everton with a blinding passion and cannot bear to see the heart being ripped out of the club anymore. Somebody.......anybody......please please buy the current pathetic excuse for a board out and get them away from our beloved club.

Actually I'd probably still go, but to spend £29652955548 a season on Everton is a lot of money.

I am the same as you mate (a few years older though). but this will be my last season untill moyes has gone and kenwright sells. i won't even come back if its just kenwright that sell. I can't stand Moyes as a manager and hate his style of play.

I take my eldest son who is 7, and am not looking forward to telling him we are not renewing. saying that he has been complaining of being bored in recent games. if people are happy to pay money to watch our football, good for them but i have feeling there will be another couple of thousand doing the same as us.

It is our club. We should love it through thiick or thin - I understand if people stop going for financial reasons but the club needs us more than ever right now

Can't really argue.

Can anyone?

There's so many things wrong with us at the moment, the whole club needs to change. Owners, manager and players.

I thought there was more to being a fan than sitting there, cheering your team on regardless, going home with a big smile on your face and accepting everything that goes on without question. Clearly I was wrong.

Believe it or not, for many years I supported Huyton RLFC. They got in the Guinness Book Of Records for most consecutive defeats. Most sides biggest recorded wins were against us. I even went to away games. Now and again they actually won - and it was the best feeling in the world. They were doing their very best at all times, but when the players weren't all that good, a heavy defeat was often inevitable.

I am nobody's idea of a fair-weather supporter, but the situation at Everton is different from any other time in our history. We have a long-term manager who has not really delivered in terms of what other managers with a similar span had. Granted, the game is different now - but I miss the freshness a new broom can bring.

Easy to be a fan when the goings good.

Ridiculous argument. He's just told you the circumstances behind his decision. Sharpie's not alone either - check the attendances. Maybe the missing 6,000 dont give a flying one either?

The people who say he's not a real fan or needs to keep going the games are probably the ones from abroad who don't spend a penny on going to the match and witnessing the absolute dross we serve up through storms and all sorts.

Obviously I'm all for foreign fans it's sound, but people who don't regularly go wouldn't understand the severity of the grimness.

stopping going to games for financial reasons is one thing, chcuking it in because the football is crap is another. Campaign, protest before or after the game but empty seats and booing are hardly going to help matters.
