"so called fans"??

Pffft.
It's an expensive day out for a few kids Dan, and when you see whats being served up it's not about being a 'fan' its about being a dad first, i know you're only joking, but i can't justify a £100 day out every two weeks or so, for 2 tickets a cab or a meal as it all mounts up.

I go to every home cup game regardless of opposition and have a season ticket. Try to get to Wigan away if I can. Past that, I can't afford aways but if I could I'd go to every one without a second thought.

Where do I fall in this foreigner-johnny-come-rarely category?

There is no martyring of fans here mate, if you go - fair play, its not a point scoring exercise

Fair play. No one's making anyone go. Go when you can.

Some should call off the attack dogs.

I'm not a season ticket holder, I go when I can, but for the first time ever I got fed up of going to Goodison at the United game. Psoted about it in the clique forum. With you Sharps.

Sorry, not martyring. I wasn't the one who brought up the frequency or proximity of supporters in the first place is all.

I never go the game and cant be bothered watching them on the TV or internet

In fact I only come on here for the homosexual chit chat

Iv been going the game Since my dad took me when i was 5. Now at the age of 32 iv been everywhere, followed us through think an thin. But the way i feel, im close to ****ing it off.

I suppose it's as much to do with overtime at work. Every time i go the match i have to turn a full weekend at work down. It's just not worth it at the moment.

Im taking the little'un on sat an im going to Spurs on Wed, but thats it i think. If we keep selling and not replacing im not going till Kenwrong an Moyes are gone.

make no bones there both to blame for this mess. Moyes is happy to say fook all an sit on his huge wage. He's keeps backing that piece of **** who's killing our club.

And Kenwrong and the board have squeezed THE LIFE OUT OF OUR CLUB. They've sold everything all our assets and our income for the foreseeable future and now want £150m for a club not worth £50m.

The most disappointing thing for me is the fans. We some of them anyway, who sit round and our happy to see all this happen. The give excuses after excuses on why this is all ok. Wake the **** up, your as bad as the board.

TIME TO FIGHT!!!!!

I will go to the marches an meetings. But not the game.

I love you Everton. NILSATIS NISIOPTIMUM, some day some of our so called fans might understand what this means.

sharps ive watched them since the 69,70 season ,ive never stopped going ,i know were your coming from mate ,i must have 20 good mates who have stopped going over the last 2 season.as i have to you before our everton is being taken away from us mate by this clown in charge . ill keep going mate but i dont enjoy it .

I'm only 20 so I haven't been supporting Everton for as long as some of you and I had a season ticket for 4 years, starting the season we finished 4th. I went to all of the home league and cup games and I used to love it, especially evening matches (Fiorentina FFS). I went to the FA cup semi final, which is my best experience as an Evertonian, and the final. Granted, this is relative success compared to what the majority of you had to put up with in the 90's, before I was following football.

Now I'm at university and I can only get to games during the holidays so I only really go to the games during the festive period. I think the 'success' I enjoyed over the last few years has left me wanting and expecting too much from the match these days. The last time i came home from a match with the satisfaction that met my usual pre-match excitement was when we beat Spurs 2-1 at Goodison this time last year, and that was the first in a while too.

tl;dr - I love Everton, I used to love going to the match but no they bore me.

You wanna try having to go because you have a season ticket, I knew 2nd game in that it was gonna be a season of torture and don't even look forward to going anymore, but have to cos it's paid for.

The shout I gave Phil Neville about them being gash could've been repeated at every home game really.

Its not about how bad we are. iv been watching since the 80's its about how were being run that's killing me. Kenwright an Moyes are a Cancer at this club. i don't want to give him any more of my money. id rather my daughter an my son (3 months time) get it instead. i know I'll you probably still go a few. but won't turn down any more work for it.
