One must also consider Bill Kenwright trying for one last pay day. Trying to get more money out of the club for "wrongful dismissal"

The protests indicate that it's not wrongful dismissal

He has mismanaged the club and brought the club's fans and customers into disrepute

Therefore the right decision to remove Bill Kenwright

Im confused with what you have said here…..are you saying that BK may attempt a claim for unfair dismissal - and that the clubs defence against such a claim would be supported through evidence of fan (who would have now knowledge of the inner working of the club) protests?

She's a very clever lady - to suggest she has achieved the above because of Kenwright is vastly unfair.

Also, as much as I dislike Kenwright, openly talking about the feller's health in public (a private matter) is not very clever IMO. They've ballsed that up there.

If illness makes an individual incapable of fulfilling their duties for a very demanding role there is a both a stakeholder interest (fan and shareholders) and a public interest

Given relegation could destroy a founding member of English football. Entirely.

One such defence yes. His removal would not of been without due cause.

I think it's important to keep an eye on the governance of the club because its been so poorly run since I can remember. But it appears to me that there's not even a target there anymore...in terms of a board of directors at least.

Bury your head in the sand comes to mind when the board are concerned, Bill especially hasn't had a plan of action since the moment he arrived at the club and Moshri has just let the Zoo run as it has always been which in turn has made things a whole lot worse and now we find ourselves where we are a second straight season of struggle and no hope things will change while the current regime stay in charge.

His shares do not give him divine rights to be "Chairman" or sit on the board of directors. Particularly as he has less than < 1.3% of the clubs shares

You dont tell a plumber how to fix pipes yet you feel qualified enough to call our DBB a fraud when she would run rings around everyone on this forum when it comes to running an organisation as big as Everton Football Club / being on the board of Sport England.
