Defo mate.

That late equaliser for Wolves has relegated Forest IMO.

Their fixtures are non-winnable IMO.

S'ton
Forest...

...we just need one more to go with those two now.
Just went and looked at Forest’s fixtures and I can see where you are coming from. For a side reliant on home points, even their ‘easy’ fixture is against fighting for their lives Southampton.

Tomorrow is hold our nerves time. We will likely drop to second bottom but it is another nail in Southampton’s coffin.

They are in a bad position but there is no team down and no team even close to being cut adrift.

I dont know why people keep saying such and such a team is going down or definitely gone etc

Who knows, they might or they might not. Its guesswork at this point
It's informed guesswork.

I've long felt Southampton, Bournemouth, and Nottingham Forest would eventually drop - and today doesn't change my mind.

We have Bournemouth at home on the last day. If it comes down to that, so be it. If we cannot beat them in a final for survival, we deserve to go out of business.

Forest and S'ton will be in the Championship next season.

Not a shadow of a doubt about that IMO.
It is such an interesting relegation battle this year I am not putting money on anything other than us staying up -just!!!
But those two teams have definitely got a lot to do to avoid the drop.

The best thing about today is that we have a golden chance to catapult ourselves into a space where we can see the finishing line whereas, others will still be way off getting sight of it.

If Monday night ends with us on 29 points and 13th, with S'ton, Forest and possibly Leicester looking like a very realistic bottom 3, then that'd be a fantastic outcome.

It could easily happen too.
