My bets are on Roy Hodgson or Allardyce.

Do we hope for a new manager bounce for them? So they go on a run getting points from all the relegation contenders (except us of course)?

Palace’s run of fixtures is insane. They’re playing everyone in the relegation scrap.

Wouldn’t be too bothered if they new manager bounce their way to wins against Leicester, Leeds and Southampton and then hopefully roll over for us knowing they’re basically safe lol

Suspect it also says goodbye to Zaha.
He was probably never going to stay but if they go short term, their isn't a chance he signs a new deal

Looking at that our offence is better than Forest and our Defence is better than Forest but we are given a lower overall than Forest. This puts it in the same bracket as the Alternative Premier League Table for me.

But he was young and progressive and had achieved an amazing cultural refresh of Palace 5 minutes ago, according to some on GOT at least

It just shows yet again that if you’re not at a top 6 club you are one bad run, transfer window, or injury, away from ending up in a relegation battle and being fired. No matter what profile your manager is or what philosophy the club has. Rodgers Lage Vieira were all the rage last season. It’s looking like none will be here by the end of this season, but Palace Wolves and Leicester all did things the right way and had philosophies…apparently.

Two potential scenarios that work well for us here

1. Palace get the appointment right and then go on to take points from everyone else around us, thus meaning we stay up at those sides' expense

or

2. Palace get the appointment wrong and continue to drop down the table, meaning we stay up at their expense

I've no beef with Palace so that first scenario suits me just fine in all honesty

But they play us at home. So if they beat us then we're hoping they beat the rest around us just so we can stand still.

IMO this is not the right moment for them to be changing managers coming up to a run of 'easier' games. There'll be big pressure on a new manager to come in and win straight away. If they dont then panic will set in. I think this move makes them more rather than less vulnerable to relegation.

Well hopefully we'll be the only team in that mix the rejuvenated Palace don't slaughter in that scenario, which again, I'm fine with

If they're stuffing everyone else down here with us, then going there and grabbing a draw represents a good piece of business for us
