Yes, I would be too mate. Even if we only beat Spurs that'd take us to 28 points and with 8 games to get 8 points IMO.

I have to say that if someone offered me 3 points to bank from those 3 games Ild take it....that's not to say we cant do better, we can. However, I think we're well capable from the Fulham game on to get the points to get us safe.
Yep, I wouldn’t said we had it in us until the last couple of games…but Dyche has really shorn this lot up.

It’s from any 3 teams out of the current bottom 9 to go down. No one from Palace in 12th and down is safe. Anyone can beat anyone in this league, as has been proven throughout the season.

It’s pointless even thinking about how many points will equate safety imo. It could be literally anything from 30 to 40 odd. We’ve just got to try and accumulate as many points as possible until the end of the season.

Question: if you support one of the other 8 clubs in this dog fight how would you appraise Everton's chances of staying up?

Let’s face it, it’s just not meant to be this season (or meant to be depending on how you look at it) what with so many teams around us picking up points and us unable to beat a mid table Villa at home most likely due to the Thursday night European hangover we’ve just not got enough about us to stay up this year I don’t think. It’s been on the cards ever since we lost away to Forest second game of the season after battering them and still losing.

….watched the 2nd half of Utd v Soton.

Soton such a contrast to us. They have quality to keep possession, get full backs up the pitch and create. 17 shots at OT, certainly deserved at least a point. We are all blood and snot, can’t help think we’d have parked the bus and died for the cause, even against 10 men.

A better team than us but it’s about accumulating points.
Disagree played some great football first half is just the team runs out of steam by players getting tired and no replacements hopefully next few weeks players back patterson dcl will give us more to change and see out games
Seeing absolutely nothing in our away form to convince me, even with the change of manager. Dycheball may work at home when we have the crowd behind us, but away we are as poor as we were under Lampard. the only point we have is Forest away? Not good enough.

The Southampton result coupled with Bournemouth yesterday are the kinds of results that spell disaster for us unless we can pick up points on the road. I'm afraid I am seeing nothing to give us hope in that regard.

Are we winning all our home games or something, because otherwise I just dont see the optimism spouted here.
Has had liverpool, arsenal and forrest away all difficult games away from home . Is fair saying the fans push the team on. We have some tough games coning up i am hopefull we can see a performance
