I am not sure where these 4 wins are going to come from looking at home games v spurs, Fulham, Newcastle, man City, Bournemouth, can't see winning all at home so this season going to have to pick up more points on the road. Do well to win 3 at home so need to win 1 away wont be easy. Tasks gets even harder if just win 2 games at home need 2 away wins then

Take those results overall- an unexpected point for Southampton but we’ll be playing Man United without Casemiro which significantly weakens their midfield. I thought West Ham would win today. Keeps us in 15th with only us and Bournemouth winning out of the bottom 9 so far this weekend.

Been a fantastic weekend so far for us, especially if Newcastle win later. Easy to say that was a good point for Southampton but that was 2 points dropped for sure. They had numerous chances to win that game and never took them.

There's 4 of the 4 wins we need there.

IMO we need 11 more points to stay up. 36 will do it.

3 wins and a couple of draws and we can get safe with that.

Away games at Leicester, Palace and a potentially already safe Wolves in the penultimate game are opportunities. If we can grind out a few away points maybe 3 wins will do it

I'm not saying we will but all 5 of those home games are winnable , even the City game. They are not so clinical this season and we beat Arsenal with Goodison being a bear pit. 5 more cup finals all at Goodison . Pick up 2 or 3 draws in the away games to give us a bit of a cushion.

Southampton only conceded once in four games under this new guy so that's going to give them a chance in the run in.

West Ham got six home games left: Man. United, RS, Arsenal, Newcastle, Leeds, Southampton.

Watched them today and they'll struggle to win two of them with their lack of goals and general ponderous play.

Regardless they'll be happy with a point at Old Trafford. 4 points from that and Chelsea away.

Huge one for them on Wednesday at home to Brentford, that's a simple must win for them and will be deflating for them if they don't.

Seeing absolutely nothing in our away form to convince me, even with the change of manager. Dycheball may work at home when we have the crowd behind us, but away we are as poor as we were under Lampard. the only point we have is Forest away? Not good enough.

The Southampton result coupled with Bournemouth yesterday are the kinds of results that spell disaster for us unless we can pick up points on the road. I'm afraid I am seeing nothing to give us hope in that regard.

Are we winning all our home games or something, because otherwise I just dont see the optimism spouted here.
