It does apply. But hes facing a 4 game ban as its the second straight red card. Game 4 will be against Everton

Don’t think it makes any odds how many times, it’s two yellows 1 match, straight red three match, unless it’s deemed really bad after the fact and the ban is lengthened

Ah ok.
I know when you rack up enough yellows to warrant another suspension, the matches missed are increased also. Thought reds may follow suit.
