Amazed he isn’t fit enough to at least play 60 minutes like he did against Arsenal. Dyche needs to tell him to suck it up and just throw him out there.

And Dyche should not refer to him at all. If he's asked about him he should answer that he only talks of players in contention for places for games.
...and let's face it - he's not all that in any case. If he'd have played today he wouldn't have got on the score sheet.
