We often get a red card at Analfield. This time it is a near certainty. Depending on the timing of the red card, early we lose 4-0, late card 2-0. The referee will be hopelessly biased in favour of the ref sgite as will be the usual fawning scum on the TV. Shan't watch it. Record and almost certainly delete. By the following Wednesday it will be distant history. Works for me anyway.

We need a performance like last week (if we had that I would fancy us) but without Dom it's a big ask. I would take a point now for all the talk of their form which has been bad, they have very good players and much more firepower than us, they usually have the ref on side at home too and a big home advantage, it's always a very tough game we need to be hard to beat and solid. The narrative will be there about them "bouncing back" and repeated by every biased pundit and commentator. We can get at their defence but we have to play it the right way the option is Maupay and get Doucs and or Onana in support or try Gray for the pace. Or bring on Gray and Simms for the last twenty if we can keep it tight. Won't be easy but #coybs let's do them for once!

We've all been here before: bit of form going into the game only to have our hopes rolled up and shoved up a dark place.

I imagine no changes from Arsenal apart from, maybe, D C L depending on his fitness. God knows what amalgam of horrors Klippety will cobble together. Not much chance of the Blessed Virgil making it.

Those brave souls going should remember Boromir's warning:
One does not simply walk into Mordor. Its Black Gates are guarded by more than just Orcs. There is evil there that does not sleep, and the Great Eye is ever watchful. It is a barren wasteland, riddled with fire and ash and dust, the very air you breathe is a poisonous fume.
Hope for the best ...

The difference between the then and now is we have a manager who is capable of beating the top six sides. Surely he'll be able to handle a mid-table side.

Haha Would love it.
But unless he's coming off the bench then there's no hope he will last 97mins of a Derby.
It would up like a royal rumble out there, With klopp chasing him home...
No, Maupay on at 91 minutes to waste time for the draw, and then scores off his left buttock.
