I agree that the last 10 years is grim but your original post referred to the last 30 years of the Premier League which tells a different story.
Our wins at Anfield since the end of the WW2 is diabolical so it’s not a recent phenomenon but our collective pessimism over this fixture does tend to overlook that there have been a lot of draws…I would be delighted with a point on Monday night !

Thats the logical, sensible approach, but this could possibly the worse Liverpool we have played for years, not that we are great, I expct us to target a draw though, lets be sensible

I'd imagine same set up v Arsenal (4-4-1-1)

Big doubt on DCL so I'd play Simms for the like for like but with Doucoure supporting upfront, I think Maupay would get the nod.

Interesting if Gray could come it to help stretch their defence. Wouldn't be the worse thing.

It's a tough fixture plus a tough time to face them especially with the last few games they have been in but it's a good chance to pick up some points.

I think we will fight and make a game of it.
