What would his purpose be? Creativity? He's not scored or assisted more than 5 goals total in a season since 2018-19.
Maybe we can loan him to a Turkish outfit too.

This is Rudy, you can't possibly trust a man that wears a purple turtle neck top, absolute danger.

Thoughts?

Hope you don't mind mate, but I edited your post to remove the Echo article, and instead, quote their source;

According to journalist Rudy Galetti, for Tribal Football, Everton are in talks to sign Isco on a free transfer. It has been claimed that the Blues are scheduling a meeting to advance the negotiations over a deal to bring the 30-year-old to Goodison Park.

Very simple, if he's got a good attitude and willing to get fit and help the team he could be a masterstroke, that's a big if though he hasn't looked arsed for years.

In games like Saturday he's never playing, but games against teams around us where having 11 "runners" won't break them down, his little bit of magic could be priceless.

Short term deal id be happy with

No we’re good without him.

The last thing we need is to sign someone with a low work rate and destroy the culture within the club.

The last time someone did that was fat waiter signing rondon. It affected the teams work rate and the effect was beyond repair after a couple of months.

If he can be brought in, bring him in.

We made ZERO signings in this window and an extra body will only help.
Not sure i agree with that. One person can totally upset the apple cart. Dyche will be trying to build a culture and team ethic, one person with the wrong attitude (ronaldo at Manure is a good example) can mess things up. These days its almost personality and work ethic is as important as individual playing talent.
