Exactly what we need. He gets the best out of below average players. If he was called Dycheio people would be more excited.

We need everyone to get behind him as he's here now.
No one who is against Dyche here would want him if he had all the flaws he has but was foreign. All you are doing there is trotting out the lines that these kinds of managers use to justify their own ineptitude.

You say that, but there's quite a few posters here who are advocates of FSW and keep praising him so...

Some of the comments on here are pathetic.

Give him a chance, FYI he didn't relegate Burnley, but did keep them up on a shoestring for years and once qualified for Europe - which seems to have been totally forgotten on here. Imagine trying to convince footballers to join Burnley, that's some achievement.

The only logic to an appointment like this is accepting the position we are in.
It should never be accepted. Leg them all.

I don't accept it, and I will not be happy until the board are gone.

But while we are in this mess, we need a manager suited to the players we have and our position in the game. We need to stabalise the club before we can even think of moving forward. We are an utter joke and appointing an expansive coach who will try to play attacking football won't stop us being a joke.

The first step on the road to recovery, whether we like it or not, is somehow avoiding relegation.
