Because we're 16th with a worse attack than last season, and 16th is where we finished last season.

Relegation battles are like a basketball game. There's the back and forth scoring for most of the game, which is relatively meaningless. Then things get serious in the last 5mins relative to the score.

It depends on what you think the teams around us will produce in the next 20 games?
Then who is to blame? Who sold Richy and buy dog poo to replace our best player?

If you would like to bet on a manager who got 3 wins in 18 to save us then you must be a bad investor because you do not foresee the future bearing in mind that we had seen abysmal results in the past.

This is a point of no return.

Some our fans are addicted to hysteria and seem to thrive on chasing managers out of Everton, as it seemingly gives them a fell of power and relevance. I put it to these fans that they are the Geordies of Everton and as much as as much a hindrance as the board.

Thank you.
And you enjoy swooping down from the sky to peck those creating the hysteria to create more chaos, you are not innocent Chico!

I think it needs to be pointed out that Frank was unequivocally correct to not try and play the same way against Brighton that he did against City. This decision is not where it went wrong.
doesn't appear that way does it?

It seems Brighton don't perform too well against teams that shut up shop. dunno mate

Pressing high and leaving yourself vulnerable against a good side is not very sensible. Our tactics were horrible and made it far too easy.

Any week we set up to press high and play out from the back is a week where we will more than likely lose.

The decision to change style and formation was idiotic and the scoreline proves it

Alot of this mess is not Lampards fault, and I find it hard to put too much blame on him. However, so many times during games we have all seen things aren't working, changes to formation or personnel need to be changed, and he waits and waits, and we concede one or two then he acts. We have had glaring issues at tes this season and rather than deal with it he waits. We can make 5 subs now, why wait? Whats the benefit when things aren't working, why is he so reactive instead of proactive.
I think the squad is poor but not this poor I mean 4-1 to Brighton and Bournemouth is just not on is it.

The football being terrible would have eventually been reflected in the results. No one gets away with it forever.

Depends on what type of terrible football you're playing really.

If you're playing terrible ineffectual football then results will be poor but if you're playing terrible pragmatic football then the results will come.

Benitez was ineffectual but allerdyce was pragmatic.

Then by bringing in better players pragmatic football can become entertaining. Look at simeone if he was in charge if us it would be terrible to watch, if you put him in charge of liverpool it would be entertaining but he would get results at both.
