Who should replace Frank Lampard?

Yes, hes the reason, not the National league level manager.
You have to play a certain way with him. Maybe a competent manager can teach him a thing or two, I'd prefer to just bin him and try to teach a 23 year old how to do it.

Also another game where he completely lost his man and it went unpunished so no one notices.

Ok. Just checking for experience of relegation dog fights without a striker
That would literally be your answer to everything, so no manager could do better than Lampard then? He is the best in the world because no one could do anything as it is....

Absolute rubbish, many managers will get more from this squad than Lampard, including Dyche and Moyes... News Flash! Lampard isn`t all that, statisticaly worse than Benitez and Mike Walker in some aspects, Frank is on for worst ever in our PL history...

Don`t say no one else could do better because they could and more...

People constantly blast the board for lacking Inventiveness and shrewdness with our management selections (rightfully so) then insist we sign the same unimaginative choice of duds on a regular basis not realizing that they're are more managers that exist in this world beyond sean dyche and Roberto Martinez. Other clubs like brighton can bring in sound and not the same recycled names ( although they do have a proper infrastructure and recruitment to ensure continuity of quality) but we need upcoming promising managers that also have experience which actually is a thing look at the Bundesliga, serie a, championship wherever stop touting the same boring people

There should not be a single Evertonian ok with Martinez or Dyche. Basically the first game with either should see a borderline riot at Goodison.

The issue is the board isn't thinking long-term. It's thinking: immediate survival and take the heat off us!

They went for Lampard because he was popular. That was it. Nothing else. He was a "popular punt". It partly worked - he kept the heat off for six months and maintained our status, albeit found a way to make that even more hair-raising than it needed to be. And I say that as a follically-challenged 50-year-old.

We also have a fairly reactionary fanbase. We like tradition. Frank's pedigree in the game suited that value. We dislike change. Hiring somebody cutting-edge from the Bundesliga or La Liga is best left to others. We'll take them after they have failed in the Premier League with somebody else. Like Wigan.

Our defense is impacting what those areas can do. It doesn't exist in a vacuum.
Our defense is having to compensate for a non existent attack and flimsy midfield of course we're going to eventually concede goals when we cant keep the ball in the midfield or the other teams half. Even the best defenders are going capitulate when your facing an endless onslaught and your midfield is incapable of asserting itself and moving the ball up the pitch to relieve pressure

They can't move up the pitch because of the defenders, at least in part. Tarkowski and Coady don't go with them.
