Who should replace Frank Lampard?

I’d not be opposed to giving Lampard more time if the club could bring in 2 new strikers and DCL could keep fit.

Gordon, Maupay, McNeil and Gray should be no more than options off the bench.

I just wish we had some sort of simulator that has a magic algorithm built in so that we can plug every single possible scenario into it and it’ll give us the most probable outcome for each one…

You have no choice, thats Everton, apart from the first Martinez season thats exactly what we are, its not going to get better over the next month or next 2 or 3 windows, all we aspire to right now is staying top flight, Dyche could give us hope of that

Awful white flag waving.
Brighton have shown if you recruit well you can play good attacking football.
The answer isn't to just surrender. Its better due diligence.
What is the point of even existing as a club if your target goal is to just tread water and not even remotely get fans interested.

He is our level, he is drilled into a bottom of the table fight, and besides, we have the windon coming up, we have to go buy players, better to have him now so we can buy players he likes then go for him in Feb.
Also, he is available, we cant afford to poach again, he is local, he wants it going by what he said on Talk Sport, and he will im sure be cheaper then Poch, Tuchle....etc
HIs persona also fits us, he is the right man for Everton
Only his leaving Burnley last year handed them a chance of survival...which they almost took.

We are playing attacking football but we haven’t got a striker ffs. Give Frank 2 new attacking players and we’ll be fine

Deluded. We aren’t playing attacking football at all, and you want to give more money to a loser manager that already needs to replace the players that he bought in the summer.

We deserved everything we get if we give Lampard more money to waste.

We cant recruit well though until Moshiri has gone, his record is a disgrace, I cant see it getting better, but we need someone now, to take this mess on.

Thats all well and good but we have to stop the rot first, get stable, then grow, its all about the next 4 months for us

So what effect does a manager have because Lampard seems to be responsible for nothing?
The issue at the club goes far and beyond the manager; yes they’re maybe certain improvements but we don’t have the quality to see teams off.

I mean we all seen the chance that Gordon missed yesterday not to mention our centre forward going clean through and having the touch of a baby elephant. No manager changes that

The 'no manager changes that' is more believeable if we had a world class coach and this was happening. We have a lad who was propelled to a Chelsea job based off a playing career. We need to stop acting like this is this squads ceiling like Lampard has achieved anything in the managerial game. We've an unproven manager managing a terrible squad.

You’re hero Sean Dyche will save us mate
