The service road at the North Stand will run underneath. My understanding is Everton will hand back some of the land they are currently using behind the North Stand to UU.

They'll be disassembled into about 50 pieces and will be loaded onto trucks. Easy peasy.

Boss pics mate ? right in that corner of the West Stand Lower, looks like a proper obstructed view doesn't it ? I know it isn't as its like Spurs stand but just looks like they'd be completely blocked by the South Stand wall.

You will feel hemmed in for sure but as long as the angle of the south stand divide is open enough to see the corner flag on the opposite side then you'll still have a great view of the game.

A small compromise would be something like paying UU to re-route their traffic flow on that side of the boundary (they have a big enough road on their side of the dividing line). It would not be sacrificing the look of a stadium and the loss of thousands of seat capacity.

Make no bones about it: this is a massive compromise. Imagine LFC in those circumstances. They'd have placed massive pressure to get their way.

Everton's planning application was designed to make no waves and accommodate with third parties.

I don't want to be like them.
