Who should replace Frank Lampard?

4 points would be disastrous.
We all know what will happen. We will be plucky , battling losers against Citeh. Probably only get 2 or 3 points against Wolves , Brighton and Southampton and then the apologists will do some more hand wringing saying there are some grounds for optimism.
He never gave us the usual, and expected , initial new manager "bounce" , has continued to achieve at Benitez
levels , and has been here for some time (relatively in the current football world).
If the scenario outlined above actually pans out , then he simply has to go , as it gives his successor so little margin for error , and probably a missed transfer window , and inheriting "his" players.
Let's hope it doesn't pan out in this way , but there is little in his current management portfolio to suggest that it won't.

Spot on, Franks mistake, gamble.Makes no sense to go from Ritchy, DCL up top to no attack to solid defence.An improving midfield thats over run, NO THREAT up top .

Take a shower drive off in their Bentley's, Ferrari's, to their £5million houses mate.
Frank, its a game of footy and at Goodison ya supposed to win loads.

Franks failed in 15games, badly the last week.
Against Leicester, US who are supposed to Win take the chance.
Franks, players jobs to do it.

Failed Frank, i wanted him to succeed , but consequence of relegation to much.

Hes gotta go pretty well after Wolves if he loses.
Win, tgen he keeps his job, game by game.
Forget the building crap.Get a couple of strikers in to score win points.
Short contracts, they aint coming to go to the championship get real.
Its fighting fires.

Get real Frank, building for future, your speak is for a solid top half team , manager.

Totally agree.Yes DCL failed as a gamble, one thats getting him sacked.Add Maupey who cant lead a line.Not physically capable of intimidating a back line, physical defences.Not his game.
When buying Maupey, it was a case of alongside DCL.If not it was a disaster, sackable reason.
13days from now Frank might not be our manager.A bad bad performance at home, hes sacked.

Agree with what you say. I can't help but feel that we will only get 1 point from next 9. Frank should have been sacked after Bournemouth. We would now have a new manager planning for the remainder of the season. I think if a new manager had been in place now, we would stay up. Keeping Frank on, even if replaced in January would be too late.

I am inclined to agree.Moshiri must hace a finincial death wish.What he has lost, what potentially he might lose with a season, two or tgree in the Championship.Tight spending rules their now.
Who has been advising him if anyone??
We have had questionaire after questionaire regarding the stadium.

For me you could scrap it now, turn it into a concert arena if it means staying up.
I only want Ptemier League footy, be competitive.
Cup of tea, bag of chips beforee we play.
Stuff ya fine dining , pub this that.

We can stay at Goodison, Bournmouth get 15,000, other sides small gates.They took us to the cleaners.
Sunderland get 38,000????

Unless 30,000 , 50,000, 70,000 put our names to the 27 Campaign we are like Lambs to the Slaughter.
We are played with like an expensive Toy.
Fans spoke when a Champions Super League was proposed.

To be fair, I don't know why I'm spending my time on a forum arguing about it. If we lose to Wolves, he will probably get sacked after City game. If we beat Wolves then happy days, all I want is to see Everton doing better.
