Think due to the rules Qatars owners (QSI) couldn't buy us due to conflict of interest if we ever met in any European competition.
So if there was ever any possibility of a Qatari Royal buying us they would need to either buy us themselves with their own dough or via a group/consortium.
You would imagine their royal wealth seeps into quite a few companies/investment groups.

Personally think Moshiri/Usmanov have no interest in selling and any investment would be towards BMD / naming rights deal.
