Why, what has that shabite said now?

Some will call it the 'Latina spirit', but unsurprisingly, you do not see such aggression and petulance in other nation. I'm not talking about yesterday alone, either.

I've met a few lovely Argentinians over the years, however when it comes to football they're exccessive.
Just a load of dumb and embarrassing stuff. Beaming images of England players onto landmarks in Paris with things like “it’s coming home” badly translated into French. Small-time and embarrassing nonsense. Also their “French Toast” front page.

It's basically an Irish team with West Indies heritage too.

I wonder if they'll try and poach Tom Cannon from Ireland eventually?

Playing for the team that fills their pockets rather than their mate, it’s sad that money now dictates national allegiance, which kind of skews the sporting integrity of international competition and international football and undermines the faux nationalism etc.

You just have to accept it as another corrupt branch and for football and footballers to sell more Bic Macs and Gillette razors.

Ah yeah and the Dutch angels of pushing, swearing, causing a scene, goading, saying and doubling down on "we'll feast on them at pens if we even reach that lmao" and all of that - all normal lol

Chat s**t get banged as a famous Englishman said.
At no point did I defend the Dutch, but I have no issue with a coach saying, “We have an advantage if it goes to penalties.” God forbid he tries to give us team some confidence…Don’t really think that qualifies as talking s**t. And regardless, win with class. They had none.

Well said, sport is an extension of life and the lessons you learn in sport really important ones in shaping who you become.

As for that quote as a defence of an utterly graceless group of individuals, take one look at the quality of the man who coined the phrase.
