Watching the World Cup has made me realise we need someone from that part of the world to take over, Arab money, oil money, without it we are totally doomed.
United talking about new owners, same possibly Liverpool.
Unless Moshiri sells to someone from down there we are only going to get worse.

With Man United and Liverpool up for sale, I would think it is highly unlikely we attract that make of owner.

Granted the Stadium will make us more attractive but still the commercial, branding and the state of what we are on the pitch leaves a lot to the imagination.

Our ship sailed when City owners over looked us.

True but there has too be more then two potential investors looking fir clubs, we have to flush one out, if we don't, we're going to drop back even more, and that ground can't be under estimated as a selling point.

Yes unlikely to end well for us. Biggest concern is that Moshiri will have no concern who he sells to.
 

With our economy collapsing, I think the PL is becoming much less attractive to foreign owners. It is no coincidence that Liverpool and Utd are up for sale.

Not strictly true, his ONLY concern will be have they actually got the money to fund the deal. I suspect the rag tag mob who have expressed interest so far didn’t actually have the cash and needed to secure funding and he remained unconvinced they could do so.

Not sure the economy collapse affects them, look at how many games still sell out, and the real money is in TV, which is global anyway

It will affect them. As the pound has lost value, buying foreign players gets more expensive. As the cost of living crisis hits, I’m sure some people will have to re evaluate how much football they watch, whether that is in buying tickets, or paying for TV deals.
As an example my e, Sky revenue across Europe has fallen 13% this year. Subscribers are leaving. That will mean a smaller PL rights deal.
