Because we weren’t smart enough to get the financial side of the club in order before we started splurging stupid amounts of money. We were bought by a man with access to someone else’s money who a) doesn’t understand football and b) didn’t understand the financial fair play regulations.

Marc Agar, and his company CAC, agreed to help MG and his family by providing two loans, one for $40,000 to cure a default by MG and Brenda, and one for $10,000 that was wired to the University of San Diego so that Katrina would not be kicked out of her college.

Marc Agar, via CAC, also leased four vehicles for the exclusive use of MG, Brenda,
Mikhail and Katrina.

Specifically, on May 30, 2014, CAC leased an Audi S5 for Mikhail Kaminski and an Audi R8 for MG.

On August 5, 2014, CAC leased a Land Rover for Brenda Kaminski.

On August 26, 2015, CAC leased a Mercedes GLK that Katrina Kaminski had gone with Marc Agar to pick out.

In addition, Marc Agar, through CAC, had paid for the corresponding auto insurance payments on all four of those vehicles during their respective lease terms
