Think they ran out of ideas and just fleshed out a half arsed show.
Think all Star Wars had been pretty terrible since the originals apart from a couple of decent moments here and there. Some of the lads on here are raving about Andor but I’m not gonna bother with it.

As someone who loves the OT (especially TESB and ROTJ), can take or leave the prequels and absolutely hates the sequels, Andor is excellent.

It actually has a story and compelling characters and doesn’t just rely on Star Wars iconography. It’s adult themed, has nuance and nothing is black and white. I don’t blame you for not bothering with Disney+ for Star Wars because other than Rogue One, it’s trash, but I would definitely recommend Andor.

Finding Mandalorian 2nd season a real dull slog. Is it even considered decent? Are the last episodes worth holding on for in regards to the overall story?

The Ahsoka Tano episode is fantastic, the rest meh!

Oddly really enjoying The White Lotus at the moment. Very much in the category of Wifes TV but I'm hooked on the second season.
Struggling with The Sandman - (3 episodes to go) Can be either entertaining or Dull. Very Hot/Cold
Need to watch Enola Holmes and The Crown (s5)
I'm a Celebrity is on just to see some suffering before I go to bed.

I enjoyed it also.

Was a bit shocked when it was cancelled, but its not really THAT good, even tho its enjoyable in its own way.

The first two episodes have been good so far. And great casting with F. Murray Abraham, Michael Imperioli and Aubrey Plaza. Couldn’t for the life of me place the fella who plays Cameron (douchebag boyfriend) - he was in the Inbetweeners movie. Give me more of that Lucia as well.

Dont even think of Andor as a star wars show, or a sci-fi show. Its juat a really well written and acted series. Proper film making.

That was my experience of the first season of the Mandalorian. I powered through it but it was so underwhelming that I had zero interest in watching season 2.

Quite satisfied with The Man Who Fell to Earth on Paramount+. Their iOS app on the other hand is dreadful.

The Watcher. Utter Tosh. Spent more time studying the inexplicable placement of the many lamps throughout the house, the beige and tan colour costume schemes that bored my eyes and dulled my brain, the wide array of characters drawn straight from a righteous sense of unbelievability and the supposedly magnificent house that really did look more boring than the Everton frontline. An Inexcusable mess and questionable decision making on every level. Avoid like the Covid.

I don't imagine there's anyone on here who hasn't seen it before, but the Battlestar Galactica reboot from 2004 is currently free to view on BBC iPlayer.

It's still absolutely perfect. Just incredibly well written, excellent casting, so many compelling storylines. I comprehensively LOVE this show.
