You're going for an almighty crumble by Brighton? They've already got nearly half the points they need to stay up. They have too much quality to finish anywhere near the bottom five imo, but bigger clubs have plummeted I guess.
I think they're easy on the eye possession wise but don't really do much.
Just a feeling they will be down there, Potter is a big loss for them.

Last season, Norwich and Watford 'booked' two relegation spots. This season, the league does not have that 'preordainment'. It's going to be a right royal tussle imo.

Remember it is still pretty early. Forest and Bournemouth could still become the Norwich, Watford equivalents. Also if any of those 3 teams on 9 points have a disaster over the final 3 games before the break it will be very difficult for them to recover from 9 or 10 points from 15 games. We do an an opportunity to extract ourselves from this. Win 2 of our next 3 before the break and then win the first game back (home to Wolves) and we would be sitting quite pretty on 22 points after 16 games possibly with a 6 point + gap over 4 or 5 teams

Leeds are in a lot of trouble too. Fans don't like the manager and the team looks lightweight.
Nobody does. He's turned into a parody of an American manager. He thinks he's like guardiola or klopp but he's ted lasso. He has no tactical nouse and reverts to public gestures and outbursts about nonsensical gripes, like his imaginary watch tapping for timewasting that isn't actually happening.

An utter fraud of a manager who will take Leeds down.

I think he'll be given the boot before he gets chance. The natives are revolting.

He only just kept them up last season with, from memory, some poor performances when he first took the role. It's now four defeats on the bounce.

They haven't picked up a win in any competition in two months too, which was in the ELF cup. I hope they stick with him to be fair, as he'll take them down!

It's shaping up to be a very tightly packed bottom half.

Would expect one or two sides to drop off the pace but in terms of feeling comfortable and being clear of 17th, its hard to say what that will require.

We need to avoid pointless/winless streaks and pick up "unexpected" and hard-won points along the way.

It's also hard to ascertain what the impact of the World Cup break will be, so overall a lot of imponderables.

Overall, I remain confident we will be ok, and relatively comfortable.

Originally, I thought that relative comfort could be achieved after 30 games but it may come closer to the end than that.

He came across ok when he 1st took the job, but he has ruffled a few feathers and lacked humility and respect for other managers and teams this season. Leeds play some good football but are too open. You can’t gather any momentum conceding 2 or 3 goals a game. Even City would struggle.

Norwich only had 5 points by start of December IIRC so none of those teams can emulate them now.

Watford better comparison as they picked up some wins early season before the Ranieri appointment sent them into a nosedive down the table.

Have to say Wolves have the look of team going down, can't score and can't keep clean sheets. Keeping that caretaker in charge adds to the feeling they've completely lost their way with decisions in last 12 months.

Villa will comfortably get clear with Emery. Watched West Ham last night and thought they were terrible but again Moyes knows how to win enough of those games over a season and they're comfortable mid table now.
